All merchandise is inspected before leaving us to make sure it is not defective nor does it have any items missing. Furthermore, all costumes are inspected to ensure that they are not torn or otherwise damaged. All items returned to us must be in new and unused condition. They must not have any missing items (including the original packaging). If any item is returned to us without meeting these conditions, credit will not be given. All merchandise returned to us must be in unopened original factory-sealed packaging. Original invoice must also be included with return for credit to be given.
In addition to the above policy, all Halloween merchandise being returned must be postmarked before October 21st. Any returns after October 21 must have prior approval.
